Sugary Event Launch Package - $499 for members - $699 for non-members (One-Time Service)
This package is ideal for individuals or brands looking to make an immediate impact and connect with the Sugary community for a specific event or project.
Benefits:
Event Promotion: Featured in the Sugary newsletter(19K subs) to promote your brand or event.
Event Consultation: A 1-2 hour consultation with Sugary and DK for event ideation and execution.
Warm Intros: Curated member-introductions within Sugary's 20+ yrs of NYC networking based on your needs and interests.
Diverse Venue Options: Access to a curated selection of unique venues, ranging from intimate private residences to larger commercial spaces. (Venue costs will vary—and may even be free—depending on the event and the interests of the venue hosts.)
Event Resources: Access to our extensive network of event resources (sound equipment, supplies, staffing, etc.). Additional costs apply based on needs, but we promise our pricing will be more competitive than sourcing it yourself.

The total cost of the a la carte services would range from $800 to $1,500, depending on what you need, compared to the one-time package at $499.

Event Promotion
Price: $100-$200 per promotion
Value: Featured promotion in the Sugary newsletter, which has 19K subscribers in the NYC scene. This is priced competitively given the reach and influence of the newsletter.
Event Consultation
Price: $200 per 1-2 hour session
Value: Event consulting from Sugary and DK, offering expertise on ideation, logistics, and execution. The price reflects event professionals' typical consulting fees for ideation and execution strategy.
Sponsored Culinary & Drink Experience
Price: $200-$400 per event (food and drink value)
Value: Access to food and drinks at your events, courtesy of branded partnerships with top NYC culinary and beverage companies. Events featuring sponsored food and drinks provide an estimated market value of up to $1,000 per event, enhancing the attendee experience and boosting the overall appeal of the event.
Warm Intros
Price: $100 per intro (higher-end of personal introductions)
Value: Highly curated and personalized introductions within Sugary’s 20+ year NYC network. Intros of this nature, especially when they’re curated for professional or personal impact, often carry a premium price due to the value of access.
Diverse Venue Options
Price: $200 per venue access + variable venue cost
Value: Venue fees will vary based on the event, but charging a flat fee for access to Sugary’s venue network is fair, considering the time and relationship management that comes with securing these spaces. Venue costs (if any) are charged separately, based on what the venue owner requires.
Event Resources
Price: $100-$500 depending on the resource (sound/AV equipment, staff, etc.)
Value: Access to Sugary’s event resources such as sound equipment, supplies, and staffing. Pricing depends on what’s needed, but Sugary offers more competitive pricing than sourcing these independently due to existing relationships.
